I don't know the history of this periscope. I believe it dates to the late 1970s, early 1980s. I heard they were available at parades, but I don't know if they were given away or sold to the public.
This is an interesting advertising collectable made of cardboard. The mirrors are glass. The periscope collapses flat when not in use.
